Niya
Niya is a native New Yorker who grew up with an entrepreneurial spirit. City life gave Niya a hustle mentality with a healthy curiosity about life. Niya received a full scholarship to Old Dominion University in Virginia, where she started her career in Real Estate. First as a Real Estate investor and then as a Multifamily property manager and leasing trainer for 15 years. She then dedicated herself to assisting senior citizens find proper housing over the last 7 years. She is currently allocating her time to the growth of Hooks Harmony Homes, LLC.

Everette
Everette grew up in Long Island, NY. His parents raised him and his 4 brothers in a strong Christian household. Everette’s passion for Real Estate started when he assisted his father in his construction & demolition business. He acquired skills such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing and home repairs. His skills were a perfect fit for Multifamily Apartment maintenance where he worked for 10 years. During that time acquiring his certification in HVAC from Advanced Technology Institute in Virginia. His experience led him to challenge himself by stepping into Commercial maintenance installing HVAC equipment, sheet metal and ductwork. Everette currently works in commercial maintenance and has been doing so since 2010.
