This house was one of our first properties. It had been destroyed by renters and had to be gutted. We installed all new plumbing, electrical, insulation, HVAC, hot water heater, flooring, kitchen and bath, roof, siding and more. This house had been part of our rental portfolio for years until selling in 2022.

We’re proud to have made a significant improvement in this neighborhood by rehabbing this house. We did a full remodel including plumbing and electrical and made most of the space by adding an extension to the master bedroom, a bathroom, adding closets, and a laundry room. We receive compliments on this one all the time!

Here’s a fix and flip that we bought in an upcoming neighborhood. This was another full remodel that was an eye sore on the neighborhood when we purchased it. We were proud to pass off the keys to a first-time homebuyer.
